  • Conduct regular reviews, risk assessments, and policy audits
  • Educate clients on exposures, coverage gaps, and mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate renewals, negotiate endorsements, process changes
  • Work with underwriting and carriers to secure favorable terms
  • Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities (e.g. umbrella, cyber, E&O, employee benefits)
  • Monitor claims, help coordinate with claims resources, and advocate for clients
  • Maintain retention targets, satisfaction metrics, and portfolio profitability

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys being a trusted advisor
  • Detail-oriented, process-minded, and responsive

  • Analytical, capable of assessing risk, trends, coverage gaps, and recommending solutions
  • Loyal, dependable, and aligned with our “client-first” mindset

Why you’ll love it (and be an asset):

  • You’ll build deep relationships and become a true partner to clients
  • You’ll see the long-term impact of your work (retention, referrals, client advocacy)
  • We provide strong back-end support — operations, underwriting, technology — so you can focus on strategic client care
  • You’ll help shape client satisfaction, culture, and credibility
  • Your stability, insight, and retention are core to EIS’s reputation

Compensation:

Salary varies depending on experience, target range $70,000-$120,000. Compensation includes base salary, individual and team bonuses, and commission potential. We also provide PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(K) match of pay. All training and designations are paid by the agency.
